There is a huge list of SIP providers that requires quite some work to get them in.

Robert Siemer has a list of providers. He uses a script that sources the rates and puts them in a nice table. It might be good to get hold of the script, so that we use to get the list of providers and their settings.

Most of these claim SIP support. To verify, we try to resolv "sip.[domainname]", if it exists, then there is SIP. The settings follow a pattern.
